URBAN PLANNER

Tanggung Jawab:

• Conceptualizing, envisioning and designing the establishment of potential development (i.e. mixed-use, commercial, residential area
• Conducting thorough research, meticulously map out the area, and perform in-depth business analysis and calculation
• Undertaking comprehensive feasibility studies to evaluate the practicality and viability
• Collaborating with engineers, consultants, property agents, including local authorities during project planning and realization
• Preparing detailed reports, budget monitoring, and project timetable progress

Persyaratan:

JIHD Group is seeking Urban Planner with the following qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor of Urban Planning or Architecture from accredited university
• Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in master planning for mixed-use or commercial areas
• Proficiency in Ms Office and design software (i.e. CAD, Revit, SketchUp)
• Professional working proficiency in English and/or Mandarin
• Team player with strong problem-solving and communication skill
• Striving for high quality, functional dan innovative design
