- Able to perform system maintenance and security (Managing networks and servers, protecting networks from cyber attacks, implementing security policies, and updating systems and software)
- Providing technical assistance to employees (troubleshooting)
- Assisting in administrative tasks for document completeness in the procurement/tender process
- Preparing technical documentation and creating system performance reports
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Familiarity with the latest IT tools and technologies
- Capable of performing administrative and clerical work
