PROJECT ARCHITECT

Tanggung Jawab:

• Creating and managing concept, design, shop drawing, and as-built drawing
• Preparing detailed design and budget based on building codes, regulations, standardized specifications and materials (SNI)
• Monitoring and ensuring projects conducted as planned, including regular site visit
• Arranging reports, including progress report, timeline, and budget realization

Persyaratan:

JIHD Group is seeking Project Architect with the following qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor of Architecture from accredited university
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in consultant, developer, and/or contractor
• Experienced in architectural design for high-rise and/or residential projects, including on-site supervision
• Strong ability in operating CAD, 3D modeling and rendering (i.e. Sketchup, Lumion, Twinmotion)
• Professional working proficiency in English and/or Mandarin
• Team player with strong problem-solving and communication skill
• Striving for high quality, functional and innovative design
