Responsibility:
- Creating and managing concept, design, shop drawing, and as-built drawing
- Preparing detailed design and budget based on building codes, regulations, standardized specifications and materials (SNI)
- Monitoring and ensuring projects conducted as planned, including regular site visit
- Arranging reports, including progress report, timeline, and budget realization
Requirement:
JIHD Group is seeking Project Architect with the following qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor of Architecture from accredited university
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in consultant, developer, and/or contractor
- Experienced in architectural design for high-rise and/or residential projects, including on-site supervision
- Strong ability in operating CAD, 3D modeling and rendering (i.e. Sketchup, Lumion, Twinmotion)
- Professional working proficiency in English and/or Mandarin
- Team player with strong problem-solving and communication skill
- Striving for high quality, functional and innovative design
