The Corporate Governance Policy (GCG) is JIHD’s master policy that contains a set of holistic and integrated guidelines for managing the company in accordance with principles that refer to the provisions of the prevailing laws and regulations and best practices.
1. The Company’s Code of Conducts
The Company’s Code of Conduct (COC) is a pattern of rules, procedures and ethical guidelines that serve as a basic foundation for employees, the Board of Directors and the Board of Commissioners as personnel of the company, that must be applied consistently along with integrity professionalism, in acting, behaving and conducting an activity or work internally and/or externally related to JIHD.
2. Board of Commissioners Charter
The Board of Commissioners Charter, which is a board manual for JIHD’s Board of Commissioners in carrying out its supervisory duties, and as a reference in making decisions, which is always updated and aligned with the latest regulations and business dynamics.

3. Board of Directors Charter
JIHD has guidelines and procedures for the work of the Board of Directors as set forth in the Board of Directors Charter for the implementation of its duties and responsibilities. It is compiled in best practices, evaluated and updated regularly, referring to the provisions of the prevailing laws and regulations.
4. Audit Committee Charter
The Audit Committee Charter serves as a guideline for the work of JIHD’s Audit Committee, is always reviewed and sought to be updated regularly to comply with applicable regulations and the needs of the company.
5. Internal Audit Charter
JIHD has an Internal Audit Unit Charter that was prepared in reference to OJK Regulation No. 56/POJK.04/2015 concerning the Establishment and Guidelines for the Preparation of Internal Audit Unit Charter and OJK Regulation No. 55/POJK.04/2015 concerning the Establishment of Audit Committee Work Guidelines.
6. Corporate Secretary Charter
JIHD refers to OJK Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014 concerning the Corporate Secretary of Issuers or Public Companies, and several related laws and regulations, and adopts them in the Corporate Secretary Charter as a guideline for the work of the Corporate Secretary in general in JIHD.
